Pure Innovations offers a unique service to both job seekers and employers. Through our belief that people learn how to work by being in work, we adopt a ‘jobs first' approach which is incredibly successful with those furthest from the labour market.
Between 2001 and 2005, the ‘Embracing Diversity' project piloted new ways of working through striking partnerships with those who have the most to benefit from this hidden workforce, employers. Many employers want to know how to attract, appoint and employ people from diverse backgrounds because they know that employing a diverse workforce makes good business sense.
Over the years, we've worked with hundreds of local, regional and national employers. We're interested in working with employers no matter how large or small to look at how they can be more flexible and creative in their recruitment methods.
Pure Innovations has developed and piloted various methods of recruiting alongside the Human Resources Departments of some of the largest local and national employers. These include: ‘Working Interviews', ‘Job Tasters', ‘Job Carving', ‘Discovery Days', ‘Corporate Parenting' and ‘Hourswork'.
